The Electrical Work Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) outlines the main hazards and risks including electrocution, hazardous manual tasks, use of plant and equipment, hazardous chemicals and risk of falls in workplaces where electrical work is being undertaken.
The SWMS provides details of the health and safety precautions (including personal protective equipment requirements) to be observed when carrying out electrical work.
